What the statuses mean
- Booked — we have the job and a driver is being assigned.
- En route to pickup — the driver is on the way to your pickup address or the airport cargo terminal.
- Picked up / In transit — the freight is on the vehicle and heading to the drop-off.
- Delivered — signed for at the destination. Proof of delivery is attached when we have it.
Can’t find your reference? It is in the subject line of your booking confirmation email. If you booked by phone or as a business account, contact the office and we will look it up for you.
