QCS Courier is operated by Quiet Craft Solutions Inc., a veteran-owned transportation company serving the New York and New Jersey metropolitan area, working both as a ground carrier and as a TSA-approved indirect air carrier.
The company was founded by Sherwyn Graham, who continues to operate as the primary driver, supported by a part-time CDL-licensed driver for additional capacity. That structure is intentional. Airport work depends on credentialed access and fast decisions at the terminal, and a small, accountable team removes the delays that come from relaying instructions through a dispatcher. Clients deal directly with the owner from quote through delivery.
Operations are supported by a TSA-approved Indirect Air Carrier security program and by drivers holding current Security Threat Assessments (STA) and annual IAC security training. Quiet Craft Solutions is certified as a veteran-owned small business by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the State of New Jersey.
We serve freight forwarders, logistics providers and commercial shippers on one-off runs, recurring schedules and end-to-end air freight, with contract rates and invoicing available through a business account.
