Most customers hire us to drive ground legs. When you need end-to-end air freight, QCS Courier (Quiet Craft Solutions Inc.) operates under its own TSA-approved Indirect Air Carrier security program. That means we accept your cargo, apply the required security controls, complete the air waybill and security documentation, and tender directly to commercial airlines.

TSA security controls & documentationWe verify shipper eligibility under Known Shipper rules, prepare tender documentation, and maintain compliance with TSA Indirect Air Carrier Standard Security Program (IACSSP) requirements.

Pickup through airline tenderWe pick up from your dock, manage secure transport, coordinate screening, and deliver directly to airline cargo facilities at EWR, JFK, and LGA.

Transparent screening chain of custodyWe do not screen in-house. Screening is performed by a TSA-certified cargo screening facility or by the airline itself, and we maintain an unbroken chain of custody from pickup to tender. On any shipment, we will tell you where and when it was screened.

How air freight is quoted

Air cargo bookings are not priced by our instant ground form. Air freight rates depend on airline lane tariffs, dimensional weight (volumetric vs actual), commodity classification, ready times, and destination cutoffs. Send us your origin, destination, piece counts, dimensions, and commodity, and we will return a binding rate and routing by phone or email.
